With Shipment Protection, for a small fee, you can protect your purchase against loss due to carrier delays and damage. Simply add Shipment Protection to your order to be covered.
HGC Shipment protection covers D.O.A due to carrier delay or damage. If you experience a D.O.A. please follow the same procedure as the arrive alive guarantee. We will review and validate your claim. If approved, we promptly issue store credit for the original purchase price of the D.O.A coral. This credit can be used to be used on your next order. Shipping costs unfortunately are not covered and cannot be credited.
